The strongest work is rarely built on transactions. It grows through trusted relationships, shared challenges and a commitment to helping organisations navigate growth with clarity and confidence.
Over the years, I've been fortunate to work alongside founders, leadership teams, studios, industry organisations and communities across a wide range of contexts. Every relationship has been different, but each has contributed to the perspective that continues to shape Wise Cat today.

Many of the most rewarding relationships I’ve built haven’t begun with a consultancy brief.
They’ve grown through speaking, mentoring, judging, conferences, industry initiatives and simply staying curious.
Those conversations continue to shape the Wise Cat Perspective just as much as formal engagements.
Every relationship has taught me something.
Some have challenged my thinking and some have become long-term collaborations.
Some began with a single conversation over a cup of tea.
Together they have shaped the perspective that became Wise Cat.
For that I am incredibly grateful.
