Relationships

Every organisation is different, every conversation is unique.

Some relationships last a single project, others continue for years.

Wise cat has grown through those relationships - with founders, leaders, teams and industry communities. Together, they have shaped both the way I work and the way Wise Cat continues to evolve.

Relationships Built Over Time

The strongest work is rarely built on transactions. It grows through trusted relationships, shared challenges and a commitment to helping organisations navigate growth with clarity and confidence.

Over the years, I've been fortunate to work alongside founders, leadership teams, studios, industry organisations and communities across a wide range of contexts.

Every relationship has been different, but each has contributed to the perspective that continues to shape Wise Cat today.

Beyond Client Work

Many of the most rewarding relationships I’ve built haven’t begun with a consultancy brief.

They’ve grown through speaking, mentoring, judging, conferences, industry initiatives and simply staying curious.

Those conversations continue to shape the Wise Cat Perspective just as much as formal engagements.

Community

🎤 Speaker - Sharing practical leadership ideas with founders, leaders and teams.

🎓 Mentor - Supporting people as they navigate careers and leadership.

🤝 Advisory Boards - Helping organisations think strategically about growth and culture.

🐾 Game On - Building safer communities through practical resources.

📝 Wise Cat Papers - Sharing perspectives on leadership, people and culture.

Why do relationships matter?

Every relationship has taught me something.

Some have challenged my thinking and some have become long-term collaborations.

Some began with a single conversation over a cup of tea.

Relationships have shaped every stage of my career. They continue to shape the way I work today.

For that I am incredibly grateful.

If you'd like to start a conversation about your organisation, I'd be delighted to hear from you.
